Shenyang RongXing Baoye Metal Products Co,.LTD. is a professional Metal spare parts Company specializing in valve and pump castings and others mechanical component. Our headquarter in the heavy industrial City Shenyang, China .
Our foundry established in 1998 and its registered capital is 10 million RMB. It has 3 sub workshops-sand casting, investment casting and machining. The total area of our plant is 50,000㎡and the construction area is 16,000㎡. Right now there’re more than 450 employees in our foundry. We own more than 150 sets of production equipment such as medium frequency induction furnaces, arc furnace, sand mixer, heat treatment furnace and so on. Its yearly production capacity is about 15,000 tons of all castings. In addition, our company also owns whole sets of machining equipment such as large CNC milling and boring machine, large CNC vertical lathe, CNC machining center and other more than 70 sets of machining equipment. Now we can process the rough machining and precision machining to varieties of spare parts.
Presently, for sand casting, we adopt resin sand, clay sand and water glass sand processes to cast grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel and alloy steel castings, stainless steel castings ; for investment casting, we adopt sodium silicate, colloidal silica and multiple lamella process to cast carbon steel and stainless steel castings. At the same time, we can cast the materials according to customer’s requirement.
Our company is equipped with complete sets of inspection equipment. We can carry out the mechanical properties test, metallographic detection, spectral analysis , NDT testing and 3- coordinates measuring machine etc. These equipments are helpful for us to guarantee our customers the completely qualified products.
We have approved ISO 9001-2000 quality certificate , in the same time our foundry apply PED certificate now and group iron foundry also approved TS16949 ,our castings conform to international standard such as ASTM，ANSI，EN，BS，DIN and JIS etc. Till now, we have built a long term and stable working relationship with our customers from USA, Germany, Italy, Australia and Japan etc.
